Yes. Pollendine has been building in and around Cambridge since 1986, when Chris Pollendine founded Pollendine Builders. Today the business is run by Aron Pollendine as the third generation, with his son Dylan working alongside him.

We understand the extra care that older and heritage buildings need, and we've completed listed building renovations for homes across Cambridge and the surrounding area.
No. All work is carried out by our own team, so you deal with the same familiar faces from your first conversation to the final coat of paint, rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors.
